AUCTION CONDITIONS:
- Bidders Registrations will be entertained at any time prior to the Auction and WILL CLOSE STRICTLY AT 12:00 ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please register on time to avoid disappointment.
- The Actual Auction will commence as soon as the Auctioneer is satisfied that all Registered Bidders (as per Section 1 above) are capable of participating in the Auction (at his sole discretion) and can adhere to the Auction Conditions.
- Please note: Bidders (potential Buyers) applying for finance (via a Financial Institution), should do so before the Auction and have confirmed finance before they will be allowed to bid.
- Satisfactory WRITTEN proof of financial capabilities should be provided to the Auctioneer before the Auction (ie. we will require a letter from your financial institution confirming that you are capable of paying the Deposit and Commission directly after the Auction).
- N$ 100,000-00 (One Hundred Thousand Namibia Dollars) Registration Deposit payable. The Registration Deposit will form part of the 10% Buyer’s Deposit (as indicated below) should you be the successful Bidder, alternatively it will be refunded.
- 10% Buyer’s deposit & 5% Buyers commission (+ V.A.T.) payable on the fall of the hammer.
- The balance of the Purchase Price will be payable in Cash or Electronic Fund Transfer or acceptable bank guarantees within 21 working days of the Auction.
- No V.A.T. will apply on the Purchase of the Members Interest.
- Possession and Occupation on Registration of Transfer.
- Should the Property be sold “subject to confirmation”, the Auction Conditions will still apply. The Seller / Authorised Seller reserves the right to accept or refuse any bid within 7 days of the Auction.
- The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any Lot at any time prior to, during or after the Auction.
- Telephone & Proxy Bidders are advised to register in advance and adhere to all requirements of the Auctioneer before they will be allowed to bid.
- The Seller or Authorised Seller reserves the right to determine a Reserve Price before or during the Auction and it remains in the absolute discretion of such Seller or Authorised Seller to sell the property during or after the Auction.
